Get your car sticker: | Bord Pleanála issue instructions on registering for Oral Hearing 28 Jan 2011 Bord Pleanála have written by registered letter to all of those who have made a written submission on the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPO) or Further Information relating to the proposed Slane Bypass project. A copy of this letter may be viewed HERE. Anyone wishing to make an oral submission at the Oral Hearing must register their intention to do so at a preliminary hearing in the Boyne Valley Hotel, Drogheda on Wednesday 2nd February 2011. If it is not possible to attend this meeting, intention can be registered with Bord Pleanála by writing directly to them or by emailing k.somers@pleanala.ie by 5.30pm on 2nd February. The Bypass Slane Campaign along with the Slane Community Forum and the Slane Bridge Action Group are organising a combined submission by a cross-section of community members in an effort to ensure the strong views in favour of the project are clearly heard at the Oral Hearing. If you would like to be part of this team, please contact us at bypassslanecampaign@gmail.com or contact a member of the Slane Community Forum or the Slane Bridge Action Group. This is the last chance this community will have to make its voice heard in advance of a decision on whether to allow the bypass to go ahead. If you feel you have a contribution to make in this process on behalf of the community, please contact Bord Pleanála or one of the coordinating local groups before Wednesday 2nd February. |
